We want you to get the right part. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the part is unused and in its original packaging.

Wrong part?

Ordered the wrong part? Email us at support@cantoolparts.ca with your order number. We'll help you find the correct part and arrange a return. We'll cover return shipping if we shipped the wrong item.

How to start a return

1. Email support@cantoolparts.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the part back in its original packaging.
4. We'll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Non-returnable items

• Electrical components that have been installed
• Custom or special-order parts
• Items damaged after delivery

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we process the return.
